After re-jigging our already overcrowded office space and fitting out with a new workstation and all singing and dancing desks, we are pleased to introduce a new or ‘not so new’ employee to the ranks!
Lee has been working for us freelance for nearly two years and has recently agreed to commit to a contract to Transform. With him Lee brings twenty plus years in the event and leisure industry. Firstly involved in hotels working his way through the ranks to eventually managing The Carrington House Hotel in Bournemouth, with its 154 bedroom and extensive banqueting. Then onwards to University Hospitality and Catering with Southampton University. This created many new challenges and a brief encounter with the now ‘Transform Venues’ in its previous guise.
A change in direction led to a move to ‘Buchannan Marquees’ as Site Manger where Lee spent nine seasons building up an extensive knowledge and contact list. Along with many stints working for many different marquee firms and indeed the newly formed Transform Venues’. Lee also lends his hand to the ‘Funky Photo Booth’, where he has been a booth butler for six years, getting to know a lot of different venues all over the south coast and up towards the midlands.
Lee is looking forward to the new environment and the challenges that the business will bring and using his different experiences to overcome and complete these new tasks.
