20+ years experience making businesses look fabulous
The core members of Transform’s staff have been working together for over eight years.
We share a collective and collaborative nature, and this is embedded in the way we organise events and work together: we understand each other’s strengths and weaknesses, and support each other.
The focus is on delivering the event or exhibition on time and on budget and this ethos is embedded at Transform. This mindset only develops in an organisation over time, with trust, and at Transform we are lucky to have this.
Meet the Team
-
Jabez Maclaren
Director
Jabez has been organising events since the tender age of 16, and has put on exhibitions and shows everywhere from Beijing to Moscow, Barnstable to Manchester . Jabez and his wife Michelle set up Transform in 2013. The company has thrived and blossomed under their leadership.
-
Freddie Church
Warehouse & Site Manager
Freddie has been working with Transform since 2014. His production and delivery skills are outstanding, and he has delivered exhibitions and events all over Europe. A master at 3D visuals, he can design, produce and build sets of the highest order. This particular skillset is rare and means that when Freddie suggests an idea it will be delivered exactly as he envisaged it.
-
Clare Rooney
Head Designer
With a BA in design, she is equipped to grasp the concepts behind great design and deliver it to exhibitions and events. Clare has worked her way up the ranks in Transform since 2016. Along the way she has accumulated a vast amount of on-site experience which has helped her understand the best way to build stands. With her vast experience and natural creativity, Clare sprinkles her design flair over all of Transform’s projects.
-
Adam Rickard Foxley
Project Manager
Adam joined us in June 2022 and impressed us with his dynamic nature and irrepressible enthusiasm. During the past 18 months Adam has acquired considerable knowledge, working frequently at ExCel and leading the installation team at Latitude and Green Man festivals. His organisation and spreadsheet skills ensure that his projects are delivered precisely.
-
Skip Barden
Warehouse Creative
Skip has a background as a developer and illustrator. As a relatively new addition to the team, Skip immediately impressed us with her creative eye and vision. She has already constructed 3m floral chandeliers, built 12m-wide exhibition stands and created 2m-high Christmas bows. Skip thinks outside the box, which is a skill we value.
-
Jean Worrall
Seamstress
Jean runs the white room with an iron fist, ensuring that the fabrics are steamed, pressed and ready for action. Her vast wealth of knowledge of voiles, velvets and blackout fabrics has ensured that Transform’s drapes are requested by top designers and event organisers.
