Buoy, what a night!

SPOTLIGHT ON THE SUPERYACHT CHARITIES

Launched in 2016, the Superyacht Charities bring together the worldwide superyacht industry to raise money for charitable causes.

Since they started they’ve raised over £860,000 and this years ball, attended by over 500 guests, raised a staggering £93,000 alone.

The 2024 ball was held in the concourse at Southampton Football Club, an area usually used for Southampton fans to drown their sorrows at half time!

We had a very short time to transform the space into a room fit for maritime royalty. We started by carpeting the whole space, draping the walls with acoustic deadening drape, branding the space with the Superyacht Charities colours, providing a dancefloor for the Kings and Queens to dance the night away, installing five VIP booths with branded items and hung a fairy light canopy over the main space.

And just like the other famous ball, it all had to be returned back to normal by sunrise!

We’d like to give a special mention to The Trustees of the Superyacht Charities, who all donate their expertise and time for such a great cause.

Before the transformation

We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Transform over the last few years. When organising large events, the most important element is reliability, and we have been very impressed with Jabez and his team - they make it look easy, they work to clear instructions and ensure you are happy before leaving. Thank you to you all for making our lives so much easier!
— Glen Taylor - Superyacht Charities
It is a pleasure working with Transform on the annual charity event we host and other bespoke projects. Transform always respond quickly and deliver a professional, efficient service. I would recommend Transform to any event organisers looking for a creative solution to event transformation.
